We received this bed last week. After being backordered for a couple of weeks, it arrived fewer than 14 days after it came in stock. It's sturdy and looks good. Not terribly complicated to put together. We've got no complaints about the bed or platformbedsonline.com.

It arrived last week packed in 3 boxes strapped to a shipping pallet. There was no damage and it was easy enough to assemble. One drawer needed to be realigned per the instructions. This platform is, of course, not high-end furniture, but for the price it's an excellent buy. A good modification is to drill some large holes to run electrical cords through. Though the platformbedsonline.com people were not as communicative as we would have liked once the order was placed - they couldn't provide any shipping tracking info and didn't respond to emails - the end result is that it arrived OK. We're happy with it and would buy from this vendor again.

Overall, I'm really happy with this bed. I think it's a quality product. Good: It's solid and doesn't creek at all. It wasn't hard to put together and looks very nice. The price is very reasonable. Bad: Nothing major. I have a CalKing size and the length of the mattress is about 4-6 inches shorter than the platform the bed sits on. I fix it by pushing the mattress to the bottom of the frame and then stuffing a body pillow in to the top of it. I actually like this because it adds more length to the bed. I'm a tall guy, so this is a bonus. For some people, they may consider it a flaw. I also wish they had put in some holes in the shelves for cords. I used a 1.5 inch hole saw and drilled myself a hole in each side to put alarm clock and phone charger cords through. The drawers also slide with wood on wood. In other words, it's not the nice type of drawers that are on a ball bearing track, so the drawers are a bit of a pain.
