As I picked up the boxes and counted the weight total of 125 Kg, I knew this bed was substantial. Once opened it was very obvious the teak was great quality and looked wonderful. Once I laid it out, the instructions were mostly straightforward (note the center support orientation). But the last few nut inserts did not want to thread, I cleaned with a tap and die and was fine. They probably would have worked if just pushed that extra bit, but I was worried about cross threading. The headboard took some persuading with a rubber mallet to seat, but tight tolerances mean no squeaks. LOVE it! If the hardware issues were not there I would have given a solid 5 stars, consider this a 4.5 star rating.
